what was one pre-reading stragety you used this week?
one during reading stragety i used this week was vocabulary in context.


how did you use it?
the word i found was werezat
i thought it meant that something is somewhere .
i thought this because there are two words put together

one post reading stragety i used this week was inferencing

i thought the characters was feeling sad and hurt
i though this because in the book he is seeing his little sister getting hit by his stepfather
wat i like about book club disscussions is that we get to talk about the book and we re reading a good bokk so it is interesting to find out what other people think of the book and words they dont understand and you an help them out

wells next week i will probaly be allittle more interested in wat julainey says and i will say what i need to say instead of keepin my mouth shut and dont get off topic.

my name is selena berrios and i am in the 6th grade.and i enjoy reading book such as spider wick.the things i like most about reading are the excitement that are in the books.the book that my group is reading is forged by fire.

One of the pre-reading strategies that I used this week was prediction
i used it to predict what was going to happen next in the book.

it changed my reading process is probaly the understanding
i like that i get to talk about the books and if i dont understand they help me out.
i am probaly going to be more focus to what they say and probly get a word in the
discussions

the discussions that i have had have changed the reading process for me by understanding more
